July of 2000, Aon Risk Consultants, Inc. (ARC) acquired Advanced
Risk Management Techniques (ARM Tech). ARC is a subsidiary
of Aon Corporation, a $7 billion enterprise widely known for
its retail insurance brokerage, employee benefits, reinsurance
and human resources consulting expertise. We will retain the
ARM Tech identity and continue to serve clients as independent
consultants. ARM Tech will be aligned with ARC, so that our
staff can continue to afford independent risk management,
insurance and actuarial consulting.
