Mr. Kahn is a managing director with ARM Tech and one of the firm's founders. Mr. Kahn has spent two years as an underwriter and over 25 years as an independent consultant. He has worked with numerous pools, individual governmental entities and other types of organizations throughout the country. Mr. Kahn is past President of the Risk Management Research Council and past President of the Orange Empire CPCU Chapter. He holds an MBA with an emphasis in risk management from the University of Georgia.

Mr. Datoo is a consulting actuary at ARM Tech, providing actuarial consulting services within the insurance and risk management fields. Services include loss reserve and funding studies for self-insured workers compensation, automobile liability, general liability and hospital professional liability. He is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries with over 20 years of ratemaking and reserving experience. Mr. Datoo obtained his B.A. from Columbia University.

Mr. Luke is a senior consultant at ARM Tech and has worked eight years for government, risk pooling and nonprofit agencies. Out of the South Dakota Office of Risk Management, he provided loss control services to state agencies and the Public Entity Pool for Liability. As Director of Human Resources & Risk Management for The Arc of San Diego, he managed the agency's risk financing and loss control programs. Mr. Luke is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University and University of San Diego's School of Law.

Mr. Mitchell has 25 years of experience providing multi-line claims services in several states. The scope of this work includes significant handling and management of workers compensation, liability and property claims. Mr Mitchell has managed full-service claim operations with responsibility for organizational structure, budgeting, staffing, performance evaluation and salary administration. Mr. Mitchell graduated from St. Francis College in Brooklyn, New York.

Ms. Wood is the Claims Consulting Practice Leader for ARM Tech. She has over 25 years of multi-line claims experience in multiple jurisdictions working with a variety of clients including public entities. She is a member of the Orange Empire Chapter of the Society of CPCU, Claims Management Section and Professional Liability Underwriting Society. Ms. Wood holds a B.S. with an emphasis in business from Arizona State University.

Mr. Young is a senior consultant at ARM Tech with more than 25 years of insurance/risk management experience. Mr. Young has spent the last 15 years as a risk management consultant and has 6 years experience as a regional underwriter for major insurers and 7 years experience as a broker. Mr. Young joined ARM Tech's staff in 1987 and is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
