Torrey Pines Golf

Perhaps more than anything else, Torrey Pines is famous for its twin municipal golf courses, North and South, which played host to the 2008 United States Golf Association's US Open, one of Golf's grand slams.

In addition to the US Open, Torrey Pines annually hosts the prestigious Buick Invitational, a PGA event won by Tiger Woods five consecutive years.
